Bowflex Workout Programs

I like to talk about things that are important to me or things that have changed my life significantly. Bowflex is one of them.

I purchased a Bowflex home gym from Sam’s Club 2 years ago and have found it to be the best purchase I have ever made, though I am embarassed to admit I just recently started to use it. Now I am looking at 3 different options for the new home gym I am setting up when we move to our new home this summer.

Definitely the TreadClimber is in — no question about this piece of equipment. I came across the infomercial late one night while flipping through the channels and fell in love and can’t wait to get this in the new house.

Next, I am torn between the new Bowflex Revolution and the Bowflex SelectTech. I actually prefer the Bowflex SelectTech, but realize that if the entire family is to use the home gym the Bowflex Revolution will be the choice. So I am getting both! I just purchased the P90X workout and it is heavy into the Dumbbells and I didn’t want all the clutter. I just ordered the SelectTech system and should get it in the next week. Bowflex SelectTech will be the perfect compliment to the P90X workout and help me get the most dramtic size increase results.

Unfortuantley the Bowflex Revolution will have to wait along with the Bowflex Treadclimber until after we move to the new house.
